Oh house work & sore backs!!!

Well I had my weekly few hours off work last night and would love to say that I had great fun away from the restaurant, but I didn't.....my usual night off is Tuesday, but as Kim was at a class in Belfast Tuesday night I switched to Wednesday this week. Now usually on a Wednesday night we have Robert & the lovely Dee in for dinner and this week I had a mission for Robert the fixer of backs! (he's the best chiropractor in the world, you know the one... Dr. Robert Mallon from the Newry & Banbridge Chiropractic Clinics) well as I was at home feeling the twinges of back pain as I hoovered the whole house, including sofas.....though I did find the 2 missing cat combs & a necklace, it occured to me that I had missed Robert & Dee (I only found out that he was who he was on Sunday) and man do I need my back fixed... but the heavens have sooo smiled on me today, he's only having a "spinal health event" on saturday 8th October in his newry clinic, so I'm a happy woman again knowing that it's FREE ( my favorite word when it comes to other peoples business). So heres to me not walking in a strange manner round the restaurant popping painkillers & being able to get all my house work done in record time, who the hell said having your own restaurant would be glamourous!!!!!!!!!!! you leave on a Tuesday exhausted at 4pm to be home & in dirty jeans up to your eyeballs in manky house work, only to be greeted by an even more tired Neil that evening saying I've missed a bit, roll on the first Monday of every month, and darn this working for a living.........
