I was thinking about getting Neil to put some cooking tips/recipes on the web site! Tell me what you think... what you would like to know about etc. The more people that make a request the harder it will be for him to say no!

think the recipe and tip idea is a good one. people today abuse their food and hate the thought of actualy having to cook from scratch, and therefore cook those awful processed foods or order take away.
fresh, healthy and home grown food is a neglected option that many households and even restuarants fail to look at, and having a restaurant such as your class and standard is another privalage in our area that people are neglecting. the food service and enjoyment is an experience which i enjoyed.
well anyway back to the point, even though it sounds like a good idea, its maybe one that needs a long think. although encouraging to people to get creative, it may steal the light away from the copper. people will be cooking what you are providing!
well whatever the choice, i'm sure things will work out for you and the team.
